Scrap Matters has what is called Mix a Kit. All designers who want to participate use the same pallet and create papers, elements, grunge overlays, etc. Then you can buy what you want. Cheri participated this month and created Bikes and Trikes. I love the colors (as usual!) and really like how my LO turned out. Here it is and the previews. You can buy this kit at Scrap Matters.
